Our President and Chef, Dan Welch stayed up all night to smoke a 52 lb pig to perfection. Top that pulled pork with Dan's homemade Texas BBQ sauce and hot damn it doesn't get any better'n that !
Our 4th Annual Retreat for First Responders this year was another success ! Thanks to everyone who attended, donated raffle prizes and helped out.
We made over $1,300 !
